## Manage screenshot capture for each TimeCamp user

Screenshot settings per user is a TimeCamp add-on for managing screenshot capture separately for each person. It brings active users and their current settings into one table, so you can check who has capture enabled and change individual settings.

### What you can do

- Review screenshot capture settings for active TimeCamp users.
- Search for a person by their email address.
- Enable or disable capture with the checkbox next to each user. Changes are saved immediately to TimeCamp.
- See how many users have capture enabled and refresh the table to load the latest settings.

### How it works

1. Request access from the TimeCamp team.
2. Open the add-on and sign in through TimeCamp, or enter your TimeCamp API token if prompted.
3. Find a person by email and select or clear their checkbox.
4. Check the updated setting in the table.

### Good to know

- This tool changes each user's screenshot capture setting. To browse captured images, use the separate [Screenshots report](/screenshots).
- Changing a setting does not delete existing screenshots.
- You need TimeCamp API access that allows you to read users and change their settings.
- The interface is in English.
