## Import Harvest, Clockify, Toggl and CSV data into TimeCamp

Harvest, Clockify, Toggl & CSV importer is a TimeCamp add-on that imports Harvest clients and projects, Clockify data, Toggl projects and tasks, and data CSV files into TimeCamp. It is for teams that leave Harvest, Clockify or Toggl. You keep your project structure without recreating it by hand.

### How it works

1. Request the add-on from this page, then open it in TimeCamp.
2. Connect the service you want to import data from, or prepare a CSV file with the required columns.
3. For Harvest, click Sync to import clients and projects into TimeCamp tasks.
4. For Clockify, click Import, select the data, and click Start import. You can close the page while it runs.
5. For Toggl, import projects and tasks into TimeCamp.
6. For CSV, upload a file.

### Good to know

* The add-on is free.
* Harvest tasks and renames are not imported.
* The Clockify import does not create users. People must already exist in TimeCamp and match by email or username, or their hours are skipped.
* The Clockify import reads one workspace and only its active clients, projects, and tasks. Start and end times are copied in UTC.
* One Harvest and one Clockify connection per TimeCamp user. Credentials are encrypted with AES-GCM, and Unlink deletes them.
* After you unlink and reconnect Clockify, old entries can import again.
