## Analyze attendance in a flexible pivot table

Attendance pivot table helps you analyze attendance across people, teams, and periods. Choose the fields for your rows and columns, filter the results, and save the views you use regularly.

### Explore attendance and working hours

- Group results by person, organizational group, day, week, month, quarter, or year.
- Compare recorded time with expected working hours and review overtime and vacation hours.
- Inspect available attendance day types and day approval status.
- Use totals, averages, and other supported aggregations to compare periods and teams.

### Data that matches your attendance setup

Available time fields depend on your organization's attendance source and enabled modules. Depending on that setup, you can analyze timesheet hours and the first and last time entries, or computer activity, breaks, and computer start and end times. A report can cover up to 366 days.

### Enable the report

The report requires the Attendance module and starts disabled. Enable it for yourself in Marketplace. Account owners and administrators can also enable it for the organization. Organization policies may restrict personal changes. Enabling the report keeps your existing access to people and attendance data.
