## Analyze timesheet approvals in a pivot table

Approvals pivot table helps you review timesheet approval records across people, teams, and periods. Arrange fields into rows and columns, filter by status, and save views for your regular reviews.

### Explore approval periods and status changes

- Group records by person, organizational group, approval status, or period.
- Inspect the start and end of each approval period and distinguish daily and weekly periods.
- Summarize approval hours with totals, averages, and other supported aggregations.
- Review who changed a status, when it changed, and whether it is the latest status change.

### Review the records you can access

The report includes your own approvals and approvals for people your TimeCamp permissions allow you to view. The selected date range includes approval periods that fall entirely within it. Use the report to analyze approval records; manage approvals in TimeCamp's approval workflow.

### Enable the report

The report requires the Approvals module and starts disabled. Enable it for yourself in Marketplace. Account owners and administrators can also enable it for the organization. Organization policies may restrict personal changes. Enabling the report keeps your existing approval permissions.
